We saw Mylo, Elsie and Ella at the weekend – though I didn’t get to hold any of the babies, I took time out from playing with Mylo to teach Elsie how to play the harmonica. I don’t think she really got the hang of it, though.
Daisy took the opportunity to get as many people as she could to play games on Club Penguin for her (akin to ‘grinding‘) as even though Mum’s practically adicted to Card-Jitsu and Dad will play Ice Fishing on demand, she has an insatiable need for coins to buy puffles and outlandish dresses.
On our way back yesterday it started snowing, and by today the full white carpet had been rolled out. We went down to The Level to do our usual snowmanning and snowball-fighting, and ended up sliding down the skateboard ramps on our bums. Well, me and Daisy, anyway.
We never really did make a snowman – we started a few, but got distracted, so our carrot stayed in Mum’s pocket. Some people had made an igloo, others an ice chair, but most of them were just throwing snowballs.
